About CACE

Protecting children starts long before harm happens.

The Center Against Child Exploitation is a nonprofit based in Morgantown, West Virginia. We work to prevent child exploitation through education, public awareness, advocacy, and community outreach.

We give parents, educators, schools, and community members the knowledge and tools they need to recognize risks and help keep children safe. By bringing together volunteers, schools, and local partners, we're building a community where prevention comes first.

What We Do

Four pillars, one purpose.

01

Prevention

Evidence-based programs that stop exploitation before it begins, delivered to families, schools, and communities nationwide.

02

Education

Training for educators, caregivers, and youth that builds the awareness and skills needed to recognize and respond to risk.

03

Advocacy

Today, that means raising awareness in our own community. In time, we hope to advocate for stronger protections for children across our region.

04

Resources

Practical guidance and life-saving tools — including free Narcan training and giveaways — for the families and communities we serve.

Programs

The work we're building, program by program.

Some of these are already underway and others are in development. Together they make up how CACE plans to help protect kids across our community.
